Privacy Notice & Consent

It is important to us that you understand how CyberCX (“we”, “us” or “our”) handles your personal information in terms you are comfortable with.

What do we collect?

We collect the Personal Information you have entered into the nomination form (such as your name, contact details and employer details). You must not provide any Personal Information of any other person unless they have agreed for you to do so on their behalf, and you have provided them with a copy of this notice.

Why do we collect your information?

We collect your information so that we can facilitate our Privacy by Design Awards (PbDA) event and related activities, such as telling you updates about the event, the awards, nominees, winners and other details.

We also collect and use your information for our marketing activities in connection with the PbDA (including such activities prior to, during and following the event) and our privacy and cyber advisory services more broadly. We may contact you about the PbDA, as well as other events CyberCX may conduct in 2024, and so we can tell you or your business about any of CyberCX’s service or products (including those of our third party affiliates).

How do we handle your information?

We store all personal information we receive in accordance with CyberCX’s Privacy Policy.
