Gender equality in our workforce

A culture of inclusiveness is a cornerstone of our employee experience at CyberCX.

The reporting published by the Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA) shows a gender pay gap in line with our industry peer group but does not reflect our ambition of fairness.

It is important to be clear that we do not pay people differently based on their gender.

While we are pleased to report progress on pay parity for early career roles, we acknowledge an ongoing challenge in our mid-career to senior roles.

We remain committed to continuing to reduce the gender pay gap at all levels at CyberCX. Our work in this space is ongoing and we are confident that our efforts and initiatives will be reflected in future Workplace Gender Equality Agency reporting.

Through our concerted efforts towards more flexible working practices, paid parental leave and other initiatives, we are committed to making cyber security a more accessible and desirable career for women.
