Report
A report would be developed and socialised with the organisation’s stakeholders to determine areas of priority for improvement and next steps for the uplift engagement.
Project Implementation Plan
CyberCX would use the assessment of the current environment to identify gaps and develop a roadmap for implementing controls to address identified gaps and areas for improvement.
Implementation of Controls
Using a multidisciplinary team, CyberCX would conduct activities with the organisation to implement controls within the organisation’s environment or change current controls to better align to the Essential Eight and effectively address risks.
Assessment
Post-control implementation, CyberCX would conduct a final assessment of the organisation’s environment to validate the effectiveness of the newly implemented controls.
Report
A final report would be developed and socialised with the organisation’s stakeholders to highlight the overall alignment to the Essential Eight, and the effectiveness of the implemented controls within the organisation’s environment.
