Establishing context
CyberCX work with your organisation’s stakeholders to gain an understanding of the current environment, the organisation’s current risk profile, and the desired Essential Eight Maturity level target.
Information Gathering
Request and review relevant policies, procedures and technology documentation and conduct workshops with stakeholders to understand processes in place and how cyber security controls are implemented. As part of these workshops, stakeholders will demonstrate implementation of controls or supply supporting evidence to demonstrate control effectiveness.
Assessment
CyberCX would assess the current control implementation within the organisation’s environment, determine the effectiveness of controls and the overall Maturity Level of the organisation.
Report
A report would be developed and socialised with the organisation’s stakeholders to highlight the overall alignment to the Essential Eight, the effectiveness of the implemented controls within the organisation’s environment and any gaps or areas of improvement that were identified as part of the assessment.
