Gen2 is now a CyberCX company
Based in Wellington, New Zealand, Gen2 was established in 2016.
With subsequent expansions into both Auckland and Christchurch, the Gen2 team established a significant presence across all of New Zealand’s major corporate and financial centres.
The team behind Gen2 recognised a need for Scaled Agile Transformations among both public and private sector organisations. The team of specialists at Gen2 have been committed to helping clients transform their ways of working, primarily applying the SAFe framework.
Their approach involves helping organisations define their goals, drivers and current state, then apply the best-fit agile delivery methods to deliver real business value.
Additionally, Gen2 has been committed to uplifting the agile skills of New Zealanders by helping in excess of 600 individuals obtain their SAFe Certifications.
