Absolutely, the CyberCX Academy is our entry-level program for university and TAFE graduates.

You can still apply, however this is a full-time role with full time hours (38 hours a week with additional reasonable hours on top), so it will be up to you to manage your studies in the final 6 months of your degree with a full-time job at CyberCX.

Yes, you can, the CyberCX Academy is designed to accommodate applicants from diverse backgrounds. You don’t need to have any experience or qualification in cyber to be part of it.

We run three cohorts a year, typically in February, July, and November. We’re looking to recruit between 50 and 60 CyberCX Academy Associates for each cohort.

Successful candidates will be sent an employment contract for a permanent, full-time position with our CyberCX Academy Program which will also indicate your start date (mid-November 2022).

We’ll notify unsuccessful candidates via email with the option for them to follow up and receive feedback from a member of the CyberCX talent team.

We have offices in all major states and territories i.e., WA, SA, TAS, ACT, VIC, NSW and QLD.

You’ll have the opportunity to nominate your preferred location as part of the application process.

Successful candidates will be offered a full-time permanent position with an attractive salary aligned to your experience and qualifications.

The CyberCX Academy Program is a 6-month program. It consists of a three-week cyber security fundamentals course, 11 weeks of practice-specific training and 12 weeks of experiential learning (supervised hands-on experience).

Your training will be a mix of in person training, facilitated content run by CyberCX’s own cyber security professionals, and online training activities.

Our program does not have rotations. You will have the opportunity express a preference for the cyber areas you are most interested in through the recruitment process and will be assigned to a practice (for example, penetration testing, cloud, consulting etc).

We do this because we want you to be a success! We know you need time to learn and absorb the training and then apply it. If you find that your practice isn’t the right fit, or you decide down the track you would like to move to another area we can help you do that, one of CyberCX’s strengths is our size and flexibility!

No, CyberCX does not offer work experience or internships.
