12 months focused development for any and all: career changers, school leavers and qualified graduates.
Your fast-track to a rewarding career in cyber
Our 12-month development approach provides formal and practical learning alongside day-to-day mentoring and coaching from Australia’s leading cyber security experts. You’ll learn and apply to your job as you go.
Across the first 12 months, you’ll have grown your knowledge and developed your technical and consulting skills. And then?
You’ll decide whether to deepen or broaden your cyber career within CyberCX.
We offer two role pathways:
(For the people who thrive on client-facing relationships, tech talk and advice)
You’ll be working with our clients to identify their security needs and provide advice on cyber best practices.
(For those who want to get their fingers dirty in code and tech tools)
You might be developing and implement security solutions, you could be testing solutions or monitoring client systems. Or you might provide advice on system vulnerabilities or investigate real cyber incidents.

Who we’re looking for
You don’t need to be a cyber expert already. The evolving nature of this profession and the criminal enterprises it combats means you’ll always be learning and evolving.

If you’re new to this world, we’ll teach you everything you need to know on the go.
If you have recently graduated with qualifications in Cyber Security, Network Engineering and Computer Science, you might be a great fit.
We’re also interested in people from Law, Arts or Commerce that have a keen interest in the field. But you don’t need to have a degree or have just graduated. If you skipped higher education or have experience in the corporate world and you’re looking for a change, we’d love to hear from you.

Applications for CyberCX Early Careers are open all year round with roles available across Australia. There are 3 intakes each year, starting in February, August and October.
